Turn any GPX route or track into a FIT course your Garmin or Wahoo can navigate. Free. No signup. Nothing stored.
Most Garmin devices only navigate FIT course files — a plain GPX track won’t show up. This tool writes a proper course: records with position, elevation, timing and cumulative distance, which is what the device’s climb and ETA screens are computed from.
Either import the FIT into Garmin Connect (Training → Courses) and sync, or plug the device in
over USB and drop the file straight into the Garmin/NewFiles folder — it appears under
Courses on next boot. Wahoo: import via the ELEMNT app or drop into the routes folder.
Yes, routes usually don’t. Timing is synthesized at a steady pace so the course is valid; navigation doesn’t use it for anything you’ll notice.
Your file is never written to disk. It is parsed in memory, converted, sent back, and garbage-collected. No accounts, no tracking pixels, no “files are deleted after 24 hours” fine print — there is nothing to delete.
