A format we should add, a file that failed, praise, complaints — all welcome. Notes land on the same small server as everything else and are read by a human, not a ticketing system.
It’s stored on our server — not emailed anywhere, not fed to a helpdesk service — read periodically, and deleted once handled. If you left an email address we’ll use it to reply, and for nothing else.
Say which tool, what the file is (format, roughly when it was made) and what the error said. Don’t paste file contents here — if we need the file, we’ll reply with a way to send it.
